SHIPPING POLICY

1. Golden Devon Beauty Supply Inc. does provide in store pick up service.

 

2. Please note, all shipments that are packed on a skid does not include inside deliver/threshold delivery. If you require inside delivery or any other additional service please notify us in advance to include it in your quote. Otherwise, any additional charges after the invoice has been paid or cleared is the customer’s responsibility.

3. We inspect all the furniture before shipping out. Please check carefully for your shipment when you receive it. Make sure all the carton boxes exterior are not damaged, in good condition, and the quantity is correct BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES. Once the driver has left, there is no claim for any error and damage through the carrier. Golden Devon Beauty Supply Inc. will not be responsible for filing any claims or subsequent compensation if the client fails to document and describe the damage on the waybill. Customer must be responsible for it.

4. If the shipment is packed by a skid please have scissors or a knife on hand to cut the stretch wrap (the wrapping on the skid) to inspect.

5. Any damage and error please write it down on the waybill, which is provided by the driver when they request your signature for approval of shipment received. You can describe the problem on the waybill, for example, how many boxes are damaged or lost. Take pictures of the damaged items and your description on the waybill and email to us in 1-2 days. This will give us proof to send in the claim to the carrier.

6. This is a 1-time delivery charge. If there is any extra services needed to be provided, the client is responsible for it.

7. The tracking number and estimated delivery date for the shipment will be provided. Please contact the shipping company for the exact delivery date and time. Golden Devon Beauty Supply Inc. is not responsible for any delayed delivery.
